Wetherill Engineering Inc. was founded in 1993 to provide structural and roadway engineering services. Throughout the years, WEI has grown into a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that can handle projects from the planning phases through construction administration and close-out. Headquartered in Raleigh, NC and operating branch offices in Charlotte and Hickory, NC, WEI is well-positioned to serve clients throughout the Carolinas and beyond. Wetherill Engineering is now a leading multidisciplinary engineering firm, known for our technical excellence, integrity, and commitment to client satisfaction. We create innovative solutions that address complex engineering challenges while minimizing environmental impact.

Wetherill Engineering is a Small Professional Services Firm (SPSF) registered with the North Carolina Department of Transportation and HUB certified with the North Carolina Department of Administration.
